About Me
Hello, I'm James McKenna. I am a Computer Science graduate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where I earned a B.S. in Computer Science with a concentration in Software, Systems, and Networks. I enjoy working out, playing volleyball, climbing, watching documentaries, and keeping up with the tech world. I grew up playing video games and sports, so I naturally gravitated toward computer science in university.
During my senior year, I worked for my university's IT Enterprise Infrastructure department under Ozlem Cankurtaran as an Associate Network Technician. In this role, I gained hands-on experience in enterprise network infrastructure, troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and collaboration across multiple departments. I was also the president of the Men’s Volleyball club. I highly recommend that you check out my Volleyball page, where I talk about the impact I made and show off a little bit of my highlights.
